The Disintegrating Bloodline: My First Step Toward my Writing Journey

24 Nov

For those who are unfamiliar with me and my work, I thank you for visiting the site. This is a place where I think of it as my home and my place to communicate with the world. But my first way of communication is through my novels. I started out writing in journals, and the thrill was always a normal feeling, but with the Disintegrating Bloodline, it was a step toward a journey that hasn’t always led toward fiscal freedom, but a story unearthed out of pain and love, but also teen angst. The Disintegrating Bloodline, follows the journey of AJ into the story of the mafia in the late 90’s, as this was the time I grew up in. I was only 10 at the time 2PAC Shakur died, and Biggie Smalls died six months later. This was as a perilous time as any. While there was an economic boom in the 90’s under ex-President Clinton, as even the stained blue dress is mentioned in the book. AJ has to survive high school as AJ realizes the only way through the Mafia world is proving his allegiance to Chris Mangini. Chris Mangini, Frank, Krazy, are all main players as the story progresses. The story revolves around Chris trying to find his missing cousin, but it’s seen through AJ’S eyes. It was a question I didn’t want to answer. It was so long of an answer that it took a thousand plages for me to figure it out. But I enjoyed writing it that I even took a chapter to live in the villains point of view. So, suffice to say I was having a lot of fun. It’s a book that’s near and dear to me, and I offer it to you through this link. I hate talking about myself, but I have had such a long journey in writing that this is the place to share it. Since then, over 15 published books later, I’m glad and proud to release the original text, as it’s not on XYNOBOOks anymore. This is the only definitive place to start in my oeuvre of books.

Thank you all,

Louis Bruno
